Account verification. 77tez reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your account activity, including but not limited to registration, first deposit and withdrawal requests. Acceptable documents include a CNIC, passport or driving licence. Accounts that fail to complete verification when requested may be suspended until the process is completed.

77tez offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback and free bets. All promotions are subject to individual terms which are published on the Promotions page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms and Conditions.
Wagering requirements. All bonus funds awarded at 77tez are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting funds become eligible for withdrawal. The specific requirement for each promotion is stated in its individual terms.
77tez reserves the right to amend, pause or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn while you have an active bonus balance, the existing bonus will remain subject to its original terms.
Bonus abuse: Coordinated bet patterns, the use of multiple accounts, or any strategy that 77tez determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional terms will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.
All bets placed on the 77tez platform — whether on sports, casino games, live casino or slots — are final once confirmed. Once a bet has been submitted and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where a cash-out option has been explicitly provided for that market.
Sports betting. Bets on sporting events are settled according to the result confirmed by the relevant governing body. 77tez reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were clearly published in error. In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed, settlement will follow the standard rules for that sport as published in the sports betting terms section.
Casino and slot games. All casino games and slot titles offered at 77tez are provided by third-party studios. Game results are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNGs) or by live game outcomes in the case of real-dealer tables. 77tez does not control or influence game outcomes.
The RTP (Return to Player) percentages published for slot games are theoretical long-term figures set by the game's studio. Individual session outcomes will vary and are not guaranteed to reflect the published RTP figure over any given session length.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77tez platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action where applicable:
77tez actively monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged for review, access to withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while the investigation is ongoing. You will be notified via the email address registered to your account.
77tez reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, or account inactivity over an extended period.
Player-initiated closure. You may close your 77tez account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account, any real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method once your outstanding activity has settled.
Dormant accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee as disclosed in the account terms at the time the dormancy period begins. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied.
